ModernCloning provides technology consulting, information security training, server management, and backup strategies for investment networks. Services include IT infrastructure virtualization and secure replication of corporate databases.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The user undertakes to provide accurate information and comply with applicable legislation. ModernCloning undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence and maintain data confidentiality.

3. Limitation of Liability

ModernCloning is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions caused by improper use of the services. Total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.

4. Termination of Use

ModernCloning may suspend or terminate access to services in case of serious breach of terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activities. The user may cancel at any time with 30 days prior notice.

5. Modification of Terms

ModernCloning reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified 15 days before the changes take effect, and continued use implies acceptance of the new conditions.

6. Payments and Returns

Rates are transparently displayed on the website. Returns are granted within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable law. No partial refunds are given for services already rendered.
